Economy 7 bills often go wrong because the day and night readings get swapped, so you pay the expensive day rate for night-time use. Upload your bill and we'll check the split.

Four things to check
Swapped readings. If most of your use shows as "day" but your storage heaters or hot water run at night, the registers may be swapped.
The right times. Ask your supplier when your 7 cheap hours are. They differ by region and meter, and can shift with the clocks.
Billed on the right tariff. You should see two rates. One rate means you're probably on the wrong tariff.
Whether it still suits you. Economy 7 day rates are usually higher than single-rate tariffs. If most of your use is daytime, a single-rate tariff may be cheaper.
